The Senior Manager in Valuations at our client will be responsible for overseeing private investment valuation processes in various asset classes, including Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable Resources, and Private Credit. This role involves making technical judgments on complex fair value matters within a highly regulated institutional environment, collaborating with asset class teams, Client Reporting, Performance, and Investment Accounting. The Senior Manager will also manage relationships with external valuators, mentor direct reports, and promote the use of technology and AI to improve efficiency and governance.On a daily basis, the Senior Manager will work closely with private markets asset class teams, external valuators, auditors, and the Valuation Committee. This position is crucial as the Valuations team plays a key role at the intersection of investment management and financial reporting, making it a highly visible function within the Finance department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization and drive improvements in valuation processes through collaboration and innovation.
