Lead strategic investment initiatives within the client, driving high-impact mergers and acquisitions across international markets as part of a broader corporate development effort. Support the development of the client’s international growth strategy by identifying and assessing strategic investment opportunities that align with long-term value creation.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence to evaluate potential transactions. Lead end-to-end transaction processes, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle to ensure efficient and controlled delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide timely, effective reporting to senior management. The ideal candidate has strong experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment roles in international environments, including execution of complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions, advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, and experience working in cross-border contexts with diverse stakeholders. They will typically demonstrate a high level of autonomy, a strategic mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in demanding, capital-intensive settings.
