The client is seeking a Senior Executive, Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing to establish, lead, and expand a dedicated business unit serving Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing markets. This executive will be responsible for building a national growth platform within The client’s construction and engineering organization. The position can be based anywhere in the U.S., with regular travel expected to The client’s headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.
This role will function as a business builder with full leadership responsibility for growth, operational performance, and market positioning. Key responsibilities include developing market strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, recruiting and leading industry talent, and expanding market presence to establish The client as a premier builder within highly technical manufacturing sectors. The executive will also be expected to create a scalable organization and secure strategic opportunities that deliver long-term, profitable growth.
The Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing business scope may include semiconductor fabrication facilities, research and development laboratories, advanced technology manufacturing facilities, and cleanroom-intensive environments.
