The client is seeking a Senior Executive Director (SED) to lead the Dallas market as a senior business and market leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to measurable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Associate Executive Vice President, Southwest Region, the SED will drive multimillion-dollar revenue performance, community impact, and market influence across the region. This is a highly externally focused role that requires building strategic partnerships, securing transformational investments, and motivating others to achieve ambitious results in a competitive environment.
The SED will serve as the chief leader for the Dallas operation, accountable for revenue growth, operational performance, talent leadership, resource management, and market expansion while advancing The client’s mission and acting as a visible ambassador. The role involves collaborating with corporate executives, philanthropists, physicians, board members, and community stakeholders to expand the organization’s reach and impact. The leader will guide a team of approximately 20 professionals and will align staff, volunteers, board members, and stakeholders around shared goals, measurable outcomes, and a culture of excellence.
Key responsibilities include championing a culture of urgency, accountability, ownership, and measurable performance; identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic opportunities that accelerate revenue growth and market influence; and providing strategic oversight for fundraising, volunteer engagement, community impact initiatives, and overall market growth. The SED is expected to develop and manage market business plans that align revenue targets with operational priorities, staffing strategies, and community impact objectives. The ideal candidate will be an elite relationship builder and revenue producer with a proven track record of exceeding aggressive fundraising, business development, or sales goals, demonstrating exceptional executive presence, resilience, and a strong drive for results in the face of obstacles and rejection.
