Description

The client is seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Development to provide executive leadership for organizational design, people policies, workforce capabilities, and people practices. This role leads a practical, human-centered approach to organizational development and transformation, integrating equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, employee wellbeing, and future workforce needs. The position works at the intersection of People & Culture and Technology to help ensure organizational modernization evolves in step with emerging, AI-enabled ways of working.

As an organizational steward for human, behavioral, and process change, the Senior Director will assess readiness and change impacts, engage stakeholders, strengthen adoption, and measure sustained behavioral and capability shifts. The role advances organizational effectiveness by using workforce data, behavioral insights, and employee feedback to align structure, roles, workflows, policies, culture, and employee programs with strategic priorities.
