The client seeks a Senior Director, Operations & Organizational Systems to translate the organizational mission and program work into efficient daily operations. This role will guide organizational management and reporting, ensuring operational support aligns with program priorities and measurable impact.
The Senior Director will oversee core operational functions, including finance, human resources, IT, and facilities. They will also plan and implement successful convenings, and direct internal systems and platforms that enable effective workflows and processes.
