The client is seeking a Senior Director of Philanthropy to lead individual giving efforts and build a broad, sustainable base of philanthropic support. This role will oversee annual giving and digital fundraising strategies, mid-level giving, and individual major gift solicitations, while also cultivating transformational philanthropic opportunities related to capital campaigns, endowment growth, and planned giving.
The Senior Director is expected to be in the office at least two days per week, attend occasional evening events, and proactively initiate meetings with current and prospective donors. The role will help advance a pivotal capital campaign focused on facility and program expansions that dignify care and support high-impact services, with leadership aimed at inviting additional philanthropic partners to sustain impact for years to come.
