the Senior Director of Philanthropy will lead efforts to grow contributions by strengthening fundraising strategy and partnerships, with emphasis on grant writing and relationship-building with corporate and foundation stakeholders. Reporting to the President, the role is expected to develop a collaborative culture of philanthropy, build effective processes and policies to monitor progress and donor engagement, and provide clear communication to support organizational goals.
