We are seeking a Senior Director of External Reporting for a strategic and highly visible role based in Fairfax County, Virginia, within the Financial Services industry. This leadership position involves owning all SEC and external reporting enterprise-wide, leading disclosure strategy in cooperation with the Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and aligning with Investor Relations and the Audit Committee. The role demands advising leadership on regulatory trends and disclosure risks, overseeing U.S. GAAP consolidated financials, managing global statutory reporting and local audit deadlines, ensuring XBRL compliance, and adhering to evolving SEC technical requirements, as well as driving consistency across regulators, banks, and stakeholders.

This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $270,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package to be determined upon offer.
