The client is seeking an experienced early childhood education leader for the Senior Director of Early Learning Centers. The role leads consistent, high-quality early learning environments that support children, families, and staff, providing educational, operational, and supervisory oversight across multiple early learning centers. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring new initiatives and program requirements, upholding professional standards, and supporting staff development to strengthen instructional and operational performance, while serving as a key culture and leadership voice for center-based teams and as a liaison between center-based and non-center-based groups.

The Senior Director will provide strategic guidance as an in-house expert on curriculum, instructional practice, quality standards, and licensing requirements to ensure excellence and compliance across all sites.
