the client is seeking a Senior Director of Development, School of Law to support strategic funding priorities and to strengthen relationships with alumni and donors. Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Development, Schools ; Centers, this role leads a portfolio of major gift prospects, including alumni, donors, and friends associated with the School of Law.
The Senior Director will manage and drive the full major-gift process, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of targeted prospects. Working closely with senior university administrators and Law School leadership, they will develop donor-centered development strategies aligned with the organization’s priorities, with a focus on gifts in the range of $100,000 to $1,999,999.
This role is hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week and the option of a flexible work schedule. The client emphasizes mission-driven, relationship-based fundraising within a values-oriented community, and the position is intended for leaders who are energized by meaningful, integrity-led development work.
