The client seeks a Senior Director of Development based in Duvall, WA, to serve as a high-impact senior leader with substantial strategic authority and influence on the organization’s future. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, providing primary leadership for fundraising, donor relations, capital campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
The Senior Director will lead a team of three development professionals and the Sr. Manager of Operations & Projects, and will also personally manage a select portfolio of top donors. This position will play a leadership role in creating development strategy aligned with the organization’s ongoing multi-year strategic planning process, supporting a season of growth and sustained philanthropic impact.
