The client is seeking a Senior Director, Global Order to Cash to own end-to-end revenue realization. The role ensures revenue is accurate, compliant, scalable, and delivered with a strong customer experience, while overseeing the full O2C lifecycle across multiple regions and currencies with direct influence on cash flow, revenue accuracy, and operational performance.
The Senior Director will manage globally distributed and offshore teams responsible for billing, collections, renewals, and revenue operations. Working closely with Accounting, the leader will support ASC 606 compliance and maintain strong SOX controls, serving as the primary O2C contact for audits. The role also partners with Sales and Legal to support deal structuring, contract interpretation, and execution of complex commercial terms.
Additionally, the Senior Director owns the O2C systems roadmap, driving automation, data integrity, and process standardization across CRM, ERP, and billing platforms. Success requires 15+ years of progressive Order-to-Cash or Revenue/Finance Operations experience in complex global organizations, demonstrated end-to-end O2C ownership, deep practical understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), extensive SOX-controlled audit-intensive experience, and a sustained track record leading transformation and change management across processes and systems. The leader must have strong cross-functional influence with senior stakeholders, executive communication skills, and experience leading globally distributed teams with people leadership responsibilities.
