The client is seeking a Senior Director, Executive Strategy & Initiatives to lead and operationalize the Principal’s Leadership, Influence, and Voice (LIV) strategy across multiple entities within the organization ecosystem. In this role, you will develop the LIV strategy, manage large-scale and high-priority cross-organizational projects, and ensure effective decision-making, collaboration, and successful implementation that advances the Principal’s impact.
You will guide strategic direction for the Principal’s LIV thought leadership by developing frameworks and processes that enable effective use of the Principal’s platform for impact. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning, issue and network management; cultivating trusted relationships with stakeholders, partners, and advisors; conducting research to identify key issues, barriers, messaging considerations, and opportunities; engaging external experts through exploratory conversations; and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations for multiple audiences.
As a senior advisor, you will drive strategic initiatives and ecosystem activation by proactively surfacing, designing, and operationalizing opportunities aligned to the Principal’s goals and measurable value. You will build partnerships and foster collaboration, integrate network strategy into broader organizational priorities through cross-functional work, and maintain strong network systems that support sustained connection and knowledge sharing. You will also lead and grow a high-performing team by training and mentoring direct reports, interviewing and onboarding new members, overseeing team operations and resourcing, and evaluating and prioritizing inbound requests from internal and external partners.
