The Senior Director, People & Culture will be responsible for developing and implementing our client's people strategy to support its mission and strategic priorities. This role will involve leading initiatives related to workforce planning, leadership development, and change management to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performing and inclusive culture. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Senior Director will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and guide the organization through growth and transformation, ensuring alignment of people, systems, and culture with long-term objectives.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Director, People & Culture will play a central role in shaping and advancing our client's people strategy. This position will involve collaborating with the leadership team to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
