Maple Lodge Farms is looking for a Senior Director, Operations - Further Processing to oversee a significant manufacturing portfolio. Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations & Logistics, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across further processing facilities, ensuring the production of ready-to-eat and tray pack products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a major manufacturing expansion and achieving operational, commercial, and financial objectives through operational excellence and profitability.The Senior Director will lead a team of senior operational leaders, building high-performing teams and fostering positive labour relations. They will develop strong partnerships across various departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of employees while promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth and optimize performance.
