The client, a successful talent solutions firm, is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead a team of six in their New York and London offices. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will involve shaping and executing a people strategy to support a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership development, talent acquisition, organizational development, people operations, systems & analytics, and strategic advisory.

The Senior Director of Human Resources will be responsible for enhancing leadership capabilities, redesigning recruitment strategies, leading workforce planning, ensuring HR processes are scalable and efficient, and leveraging HRIS and people analytics for data-informed decision-making. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with leadership to drive business outcomes, expertise in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, and a high-energy, collaborative, and commercially minded approach to HR leadership. Global experience is a plus, but not required.
