The client is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Systems to ensure smooth financial operations across budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. This role is central to supporting the organization’s overall work by strengthening the processes that govern how financial planning and performance are managed and communicated.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Director of Financial Systems will advise on, design, and build scalable processes and practices that align with an abundance-based approach to climate justice finance. The role will focus on creating and implementing systems and models that enable community governance of shared resources, supporting effective decision-making, and strengthening organizational capacity.
