A client is seeking a Senior CRM Executive for a 9-month maternity cover position within their lifecycle marketing team. This is a fully remote role at a major membership-based business serving over 4 million members across the UK, primarily consisting of emergency services, healthcare professionals, armed forces personnel, and other key workers. Members pay an annual fee to access exclusive deals from over 15,000 partner brands in various sectors such as theatre, cinema, retail, travel, and events. The company is backed by private equity, employs over 250 people, and has a global reach including operations in Australia.
The Senior CRM Executive will be responsible for building, scheduling, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze. This role involves collaborating with the Head of CRM and Lifecycle Team Lead to implement automated journeys, transactional messaging, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Responsibilities include creating campaign journeys from scratch, developing email and SMS templates, and ensuring the integration of segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content. The executive will also monitor campaign performance, provide reporting, and suggest improvement opportunities to enhance member engagement and retention.
Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, with hands-on experience in Braze or Iterable. Key competencies required include the ability to build segment filters, audience targeting, and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app. Strong campaign copywriting skills and an analytical mindset to interpret performance data are essential. Experience in membership, subscription, or loyalty businesses, familiarity with A/B testing, and data privacy compliance are advantageous.
