Description

We are seeking a Senior CRM Coordinator to join a dedicated small team, overseeing and advancing multi-channel CRM strategies. This position offers an opportunity to take significant ownership of campaigns, priorities, and strategic initiatives, focusing on email, SMS, and direct mail while spearheading lifecycle automation and customer journey creations. The role involves developing and implementing new initiatives in customer engagement, allowing for a considerable impact on how customer interactions are managed throughout their lifecycle.

The primary responsibilities include driving CRM strategy across various channels by taking charge of strategic initiatives and campaign roadmaps, constructing lifecycle and automation campaigns, and developing customer journeys. The successful candidate will handle the entire campaign process, from concept and creative briefing to deployment and optimization, while managing day-to-day CRM operations. They will delve into performance data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing engagement and revenue and work in collaboration with creative, ecommerce, and retail teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing with strong campaign management skills, including executing direct mail campaigns. Proficiency in Excel and experience with email service providers such as Bloomreach, Braze, or Klaviyo are essential. The role requires commuting to the office three days a week. Experience in retail or ecommerce, along with familiarity with Google Analytics or similar platforms, are advantageous. The position offers career advancement in a highly regarded workplace.
