This position is a Senior CRM Executive role intended as a 9-month maternity cover with a dynamic membership organization boasting a large member base and numerous partnerships. The successful candidate will report to the Lifecycle Lead and will be instrumental in creating and executing compelling CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. The use of the Braze platform will be central to this position, as the role involves hands-on tasks that bring member engagement campaigns to life.

The responsibilities include building, scheduling, and optimizing both automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns, along with crafting engaging copy to drive user interaction. Ensuring that all CRM outputs align with the client's brand guidelines, creating reusable templates, and supporting various customer lifecycle journeys like onboarding, renewal, and win-back are key components of this job. Additionally, the role includes managing tagging, segmentation, and dynamic content personalization, as well as monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reporting and test plans.

Candidates should possess prior experience in CRM or email marketing and be confident using platforms such as Braze or Iterable. An aptitude for writing concise, clear, and engaging copy is necessary, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. The role requires a collaborative spirit, as working in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment is essential. The selection process consists of an introductory chat with the Lifecycle Lead followed by a task and final interview.
