The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scheduling lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns using Braze, across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. Key responsibilities include supporting automated journeys like onboarding, renewal, and re-engagement workflows, while keeping content relevant with seasonal and current offers. The role also involves segmentation, tagging, and personalization to render dynamic content correctly, alongside monitoring and optimizing the performance of live journeys. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to meet business and compliance requirements, as is supporting quality assurance and end-to-end testing for complex builds.

Candidates should have strong commercial experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in digital or subscription-based environments, with hands-on experience using Braze.
