A large membership-based organization serving over 4 million members across the UK is seeking a Senior CRM Executive for a 9-month maternity cover position in their lifecycle marketing team. This role involves working with a wide range of member benefits including exclusive discounts and offers across various sectors such as theatre, cinema, retail, travel, and events. The organization, backed by private equity, boasts a global presence with over 250 employees and operates in regions including Australia.

The Senior CRM Executive will be responsible for executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze, collaborating closely with the Head of CRM and the Lifecycle Team Lead. Key responsibilities include building and scheduling campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, ensuring accurate content and effective segmentation for dynamic messaging. The role involves creating templates, writing copy, setting up tagging and personalization, and analyzing campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

To be considered for this position, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, with hands-on experience using Braze or Iterable. The ability to build segment filters, target audiences and execute multi-channel campaigns is crucial, as is experience in copywriting and quality assurance. The role is fully remote, with optional office access in London or Leicestershire, and involves working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. An understanding of membership or subscription models is a plus, along with familiarity with A/B testing and data privacy compliance. The interview process includes an initial discussion with the Lifecycle Team Lead and a practical task to assess campaign-building skills.
