A Senior CRM Executive is needed for a 9-month fixed-term contract to join a dynamic, data-driven marketing team. The role involves ownership of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns aimed at engaging a large membership base across the UK. The successful candidate will report to the CRM Lead and play a pivotal role in the construction, scheduling, and optimization of automated customer journeys geared towards increasing engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Key responsibilities include the development and scheduling of lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across various platforms, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging using Braze. The role requires managing automated journeys such as onboarding, renewals, and win-back flows, maintaining accurate and personalized campaign content, and collaborating with Product, Member Services, and Legal teams to ensure that campaigns are both compliant and aligned with business objectives. Furthermore, support for campaign quality assurance, reporting, and ongoing performance optimization is expected.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably within digital or subscription environments, and have hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation tools.
