Join a fast-paced, data-driven marketing team as a Senior CRM Executive on a 9-month fixed-term contract, where you will take ownership of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns engaging millions of members across the UK. Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will play a key role in building, scheduling, and optimizing automated customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation. This role involves managing lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app platforms, specifically using tools like Braze.

As part of your responsibilities, you will manage automated journeys, such as onboarding, renewal, and win-back flows, and ensure campaign content and offers are accurate and personalized. You will work collaboratively with the Product, Member Services, and Legal teams to align campaigns with compliance and business goals, and support campaign quality assurance, reporting, and ongoing performance optimization. This position requires you to be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in digital or subscription environments, and possess hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Braze. This opportunity requires a proactive individual capable of driving significant improvements in customer engagement metrics. The position primarily targets those who can operate effectively in a remote work setting, offering flexibility in the work location.
