the Senior Campaigns Director will lead the implementation of omnichannel, research-driven campaigns designed to address barriers that limit people’s ability to imagine transformative solutions, believe in their power to advance them, and take action. Through proprietary audience research, the role will guide the use of targeted interventions—such as narratives, organizing strategies, and engagement approaches—to convert bottlenecks into breakthroughs. The Senior Campaigns Director will oversee multiple communications campaigns, including the core campaign “We Are The Founders,” and will ensure issue-focused campaign implementation and alignment across the organization and its strategies.
The position will drive campaign execution that delivers content, leverages insights related to technology and mass and popular culture, and facilitates engagement through online and offline opportunities. the Senior Campaigns Director is expected to help the client work toward ambitious multi-year outcomes, including expanding reach through technology platforms and mass communications, strengthening a clear and actionable path forward in the national consciousness, increasing the number of people who believe everyday people can drive change, and enabling more people to identify at least one convincing, hope-generating pathway forward.
