We are seeking an AI Engineer / Data Engineer to help build a next-generation data and AI platform that modernizes complex business and investment decision workflows. In this role, you will design AI-powered workflows, build agent-based systems, and enable teams to work with large-scale, fragmented datasets. You will deliver production-grade AI applications that replace manual and legacy spreadsheet- and slide-based processes with intelligent, automated solutions.
You will design and deploy LLM-based applications and agent frameworks, translating complex business processes into scalable AI-driven systems. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure, integrating data across multiple systems such as cloud platforms, data warehouses, and APIs, and identifying repetitive workflows to implement automation at scale. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable impact by delivering solutions that are production-ready rather than prototypes.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering and recent, hands-on experience with generative AI/LLM applications, with a practical background building production-grade AI systems. You should have proficiency in Python and experience with system design, distributed systems, and data architecture. Experience with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), agent-based systems, and LLM application design and orchestration is expected, along with the ability to choose appropriate models, design scalable AI architectures, and evaluate tradeoffs across cost, latency, and performance. You should also bring a builder mindset, comfort working in ambiguous environments with high autonomy, and strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
