Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive/Associate Sales Director who is passionate about digital media and ad technology. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson looking to advance their media sales career and build impactful relationships across the advertising ecosystem. This role focuses on growing new business while strengthening existing partnerships through consultative selling and strong pipeline management.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with media agencies and brands, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline and prospect database, and driving new business growth for advertisers. You will partner with the sales development team to engage prospects and generate meetings, collaborate with media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution, and support broader marketing strategies and product development efforts. The role also includes attending conferences and industry events and mentoring new hires and junior team members to help them succeed.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in digital media sales, with at least 5+ years of experience and demonstrated performance in breaking new business and exceeding quotas. You are expected to demonstrate high integrity and professionalism, strong organization and attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. A self-starter mindset, enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving, and the ability to engage and build rapport with new people and stakeholders are essential for success.
