We are seeking a Senior Account Executive / Associate Sales Director focused on mid-market digital media and ad tech in NYC. The role is ideal for an experienced salesperson who is passionate about digital media and advertising technology and is looking to advance their media sales career. You will develop strong relationships with media agencies and brands and play a key part in driving revenue growth through both new business and the expansion of existing partnerships.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline and prospect database; generating and closing new business while growing existing advertiser partnerships; collaborating with sales development to engage prospects and generate meetings; and working with media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution. You will also contribute to the company’s marketing strategies and product development, attend conferences and industry events, and support team development by mentoring new hires and junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital media and ad tech, high integrity and professionalism, and a natural ability to connect with and meet new people. You should be an organized self-starter with excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing effectively. A proven track record of strong performance is required, including breaking new business and exceeding quotas, along with 5+ years of experience in digital media sales.
