the client is seeking a Senior Account Executive/Associate Sales Director to drive growth in digital media and ad tech. The role focuses on building strong relationships with media agencies and brands, expanding existing partnerships with advertisers, and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be expected to develop and manage a sales pipeline, maintain a prospect database, and support lead engagement by working closely with the sales development team to generate meetings.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with media strategy and client services teams to contribute to campaign planning and execution, and aligning sales efforts with broader marketing strategies and product development. You will also participate in conferences and industry events to represent the business and identify opportunities. In addition, the role may involve mentoring new hires and junior team members to help strengthen team performance and knowledge sharing.

Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for digital media and advertising technology, including familiarity with agency relationships. You should bring high integrity and professionalism, enjoy connecting with and meeting new people, and demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. A proven track record in digital media sales—including breaking new business and exceeding quotas—is required, along with at least 5+ years of experience in digital media sales.
