The Sales Manager position at our client involves leading the sales organization in the Nordic market to drive growth, profitability, and market presence. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for achieving volume, turnover, and margin targets while working strategically and operationally to strengthen the company's position with municipal and private customers and chassis dealers. The role also includes establishing a more data-driven and process-oriented approach in the sales organization while maintaining a strong customer focus. As part of the management team, the Sales Manager will have significant influence over the company's development in the Nordics and will eventually take on a leading role in shaping and driving the sales strategy in Sweden.
