The client is seeking a Sales Director to develop and execute innovative sales strategies in the cryptocurrency real estate market. This role supports buying and selling of physical, tokenized, and related digital real estate offerings, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective go-to-market efforts across both physical and digital channels.

The Sales Director will lead and expand a sales team and will build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote the client’s value proposition. Key responsibilities include staying current on market trends, competitor activity, and the regulatory landscape to adapt strategy; collaborating with marketing to develop campaigns and materials; managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing to ensure a smooth transaction process; and championing blockchain adoption in real estate by educating both the team and clients on its benefits and applications.

The client expects a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, with an MBA as a plus. Candidates should bring a proven track record in real estate sales, ideally with international experience, along with deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and its regulatory environment and hands-on experience with crypto payments. The role also requires strong communication and negotiation skills, experience managing and scaling sales teams to ambitious targets, an agile and innovative mindset, and proficiency with CRM and sales management tools, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and report performance insights to the executive team.
