Description

The client is seeking a sales leader to drive the brand’s sales strategy in the Mexican market and lead the Sales team’s direction. In this role, you will develop and execute plans that support brand growth, strengthen distribution, and identify new opportunities to increase sales performance.

You will design, develop, and implement sales programs, sales initiatives, and related materials in collaboration with distributors. Responsibilities also include managing KPIs, priorities, development plans, and recruitment, co-managing trade marketing plans (including budgeting, planning, and review), and preparing written annual business plans for each region with volume, distribution, and performance objectives.

The role includes regular field visits to ensure proper implementation, ongoing monitoring of sales execution and market activity, and conducting routine sales and event updates via teleconference with sales managers. You are expected to watch competitors continuously and monitor retailer and market trends. Requirements include strong sales experience in Food & Beverage in Mexico (including a solid track record of managerial success) and a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred.
