The client is seeking a Sales Director to lead sales strategy and team execution for the Mexican market, with the goal of achieving sales and gross margin objectives. This role is focused on defining a strategic sales plan and driving its implementation in the field through hands-on commercial leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strong sales professional with well-rounded experience and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and sales materials, managing and developing a sales team, visiting accounts, and partnering with the team to sell effectively while also meeting performance targets through number-based planning and tracking.
Requirements include 7–10 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong business and commercial acumen. Proficiency in Excel and good analytical skills are required, and a Master’s degree is preferred. Prior experience in consumer goods categories and previous leadership roles such as Sales Director, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Country Manager are appreciated.
