The ideal candidate will typically bring 7 to 10 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in consumer companies and proven business and commercial vision. Management experience is required, along with a high level of analytical capability and proficiency with Excel. Prior experience in similar roles such as Sales Director, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Country Manager is appreciated, and experience with leading spirits and wine organizations may be advantageous.
