The client seeks a Sales Director to lead growth across key retail accounts in Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and Central America. The role will manage a team of 2–3 sales executives and focus on expanding the client’s presence by opening and developing new key accounts, with the expectation to help secure large retail opportunities.
Sales executives are already positioned with independent video game retailers across LATAM, and the Sales Director will provide additional support to drive closures and strengthen relationships with major retailers. The client does not sell through distributors, so the role is expected to involve direct selling to retailers and sustained account development.
The ideal candidate will bring a sales-hunter mindset, with prior experience selling consumer electronics directly to retail accounts in LATAM. Required qualifications include bilingual English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Excel; prior experience with similar consumer electronics distribution and sales roles, as well as prior experience as a Sales Director (or Area/Regional Sales Director), is appreciated.
