the client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead a world-class sales team for a pre-owned luxury watches online retailer. The role focuses on delivering top-tier sales performance in the luxury sector by combining strong product and luxury brand expertise with mastery of sales processes. The Sales Director will act as the conductor of the team, coordinating resource allocation to close sales, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience, and building and developing the team.
Responsibilities include driving goal achievement across sales targets, response SLAs, and customer feedback; strengthening and executing the sales workflow and policies; and driving closures personally and through management. The role will deliver professional client service from the first interaction through the final sale, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. It also includes providing proactive post-sales support such as answering questions, handling returns, and facilitating exchanges to ensure a seamless experience, alongside supporting hiring, training, feedback, and effective allocation of team resources.
Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of watch brands and product, along with a proven record in high-end luxury sales and the ability to close quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and experience building long-term customer relationships through sales technique, product knowledge, and suggestive selling are expected. A bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates should be prepared to commute or relocate to Atlanta, GA.
