Description

The client is hiring a Sales Director to own the end-to-end sales cycle and drive revenue through selling managed services and self-serve solutions. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships with agencies and brands, securing new clients, closing deals, and expanding existing relationships. The Sales Director will collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with client business goals.

Key responsibilities include managing the full sales process, identifying and pitching opportunities, and closing agreements that combine a SaaS platform with media offerings. The role also involves developing new business to meet sales quotas, targeting prospects and leveraging qualified leads, and building and expanding a book of business by nurturing both new and existing client relationships. The Sales Director will work closely with account management and product and campaign execution teams to support seamless onboarding and campaign delivery.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and motivated to exceed sales targets in a hunter-oriented environment. They are expected to have a proven background in digital advertising sales or related revenue-driving sales roles, including experience managing complex sales cycles and meeting or exceeding quotas; familiarity with real-time bidding, programmatic, and/or ad network sales is important. Strong communication skills, comfort working with CRM tools and productivity software, and the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear client insights are also required.
