Description

The client is hiring a Sales Director to join its team, reporting to their RVP of Sales. In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive revenue by selling managed services and self-serve solutions. You will prospect, connect with potential customers, and close deals with agencies and brands, while also focusing on both acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, including identifying prospects, pitching solutions, and closing agreements. The role involves selling a SaaS platform alongside media offerings to meet varied client needs, developing new business to meet sales quotas, and building and expanding a book of business using qualified leads from pre-sales support. You will collaborate closely with account and product/campaign management teams to support seamless onboarding and campaign execution, and use your knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem to provide strategic insights that enhance clients’ digital strategies.

To be considered, you should be results-driven and proactive, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and a hunter mindset focused on building relationships. You will typically have demonstrated success in digital advertising sales and managing complex sales cycles, along with experience in programmatic, ad network, or real-time bidding environments. You are expected to be comfortable with CRM tools and able to understand and explain technical concepts clearly, bringing strong communication and curiosity to engage prospects and uncover client needs.
