The client is hiring a Sales Director to join its sales team and report to the RVP of Sales. In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive revenue by selling managed services and self-serve solutions. You will prospect, connect with potential customers, and follow leads through to closing, with an emphasis on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
You will develop and grow a book of business by meeting sales quotas through targeted new business development and by leveraging qualified leads from pre-sales. The role also involves collaborating with agencies and brands to build strategic partnerships aligned with business goals and delivering measurable results. You will partner with Account Managers and Product/Campaign Management teams to support seamless client onboarding and effective campaign execution, while using your understanding of the ad tech ecosystem to provide strategic insights that strengthen digital strategies.
To succeed, you should be results-driven with a proactive, “hunter” mindset focused on exceeding sales targets. You are expected to have experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales and a track record of managing end-to-end sales processes and driving revenue. Familiarity with Real Time Bidding, programmatic and/or ad network concepts is important, along with comfort working in a digital media environment using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and the ability to translate complex technical details into clear value for clients.
