Description

the client is hiring a Sales Director to join their team, reporting to their Regional Vice President of Sales. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle and drive revenue by selling managed services and self-serve solutions. You will prospect for new opportunities, connect with qualified leads, and close deals with agencies and brands, while also focusing on expanding relationships with existing clients.

You will develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, grow your pipeline, and expand a book of business. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Product and Campaign Management teams to support client onboarding and campaign execution. Using knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, you will provide prospects and clients with strategic insights and solution recommendations that enhance their digital strategies.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactively seeks new opportunities, and can tailor solutions to client needs. You are expected to have a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in digital advertising, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and driving revenue across a range of client sizes. You bring familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts such as real-time bidding, along with comfort working with CRM tools and standard office applications, and you have strong communication skills with the curiosity to ask probing questions.
