Description

The client is hiring a Sales Director to own the full sales cycle and drive revenue through selling managed services and self-serve solutions. In this role, you will prospect, connect with, and secure new clients by moving leads through to closing, while selling solutions that align with customer goals and deliver measurable results. You will focus on acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing ones, and collaborating with agencies and brands to build strategic partnerships.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, including identifying, pitching, and closing deals, and presenting both a SaaS platform and related media offerings to meet diverse client needs. You will develop new business to meet sales quotas by targeting prospects and leveraging qualified leads from a pre-sales team, while building, owning, and expanding a book of business. You will also collaborate with account management and product and campaign teams to support seamless onboarding and campaign execution, and provide strategic insights grounded in knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.

Successful candidates are results-driven and proactive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in digital advertising sales and managing end-to-end sales cycles. You are expected to bring programmatic or ad network sales experience, and strong familiarity with real-time bidding is preferred. You should be comfortable working with CRM tools and ad-tech concepts, able to grasp complex technical details and translate them into clear client insights, and have exceptional communication skills with a natural curiosity to ask probing questions.
