Description

The client is hiring a Sales Director to join its team and report to the RVP of Sales. In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive revenue by selling managed services and self-serve solutions. You will identify, connect with, and secure prospects, moving leads through to closure, while focusing on acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing ones, and building strategic partnerships with agencies and brands that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, including identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and closing deals. This includes selling the client’s platform alongside related media offerings, presenting both managed services and self-serve options to meet diverse client needs. You will develop new business to meet sales quotas using qualified leads from a pre-sales team, build and expand a book of business, and collaborate with account and internal product or campaign teams to support smooth onboarding and campaign execution.

The client is seeking a results-driven sales leader with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in digital advertising sales and successfully manage end-to-end sales cycles. You should have experience selling in programmatic or ad-tech contexts, including familiarity with real-time bidding, and be comfortable in a “hunter” role focused on prospecting and relationship building. You will also need strong communication skills, technical proficiency with CRM tools and digital media concepts, and the ability to explain complex details in a clear, client-focused way.
