The client is expanding its internal team and seeks a Revenue Partner to join a production-focused recruiting and sales role. The position supports firm growth by helping drive new client relationships and recruiting outcomes through performance-based earnings, with an emphasis on learning directly from active talent professionals who are currently billing.
Key responsibilities include managing both sides of the staffing process, recruiting candidates, and developing client relationships with hiring managers. The role involves prospecting and outreach to build a client portfolio, sourcing candidates through direct outreach and referrals, screening and preparing candidates through phone and video interviews, coordinating communication with managers and hiring decision makers, and maintaining a consistent pipeline to track activity, submissions, and results. Relationship-building in person is expected through networking events and client visits.
The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of professional experience, with internships in sales, recruiting, staffing, or professional services considered relevant. The role requires comfort with high outbound activity, strong communication skills in writing and on the phone, and motivation by performance-based pay. The client prefers a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and looks for candidates who are coachable, curious, competitive, and eager to improve. Experience using customer and recruiting workflow tools may be supported, including common CRM and sourcing platforms.
