Join the client, a well-established fresh produce business, and help grow its retail footprint in China. This leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth and market expansion through an effective retail sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities across modern retail formats.

Key responsibilities include leading and executing the overall retail sales strategy for China, developing and managing key account relationships with major modern trade customers, and expanding channel coverage. The role also supports annual business planning, sales forecasting, and performance tracking, along with negotiating commercial terms, promotions, and joint business plans. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

The successful applicant will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales capability and provide market insights and competitive intelligence to shape business strategy. A bachelor’s degree or above is preferred, along with extensive experience in retail sales or key account management in the China market (10+ years), strong commercial acumen, proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and a strategic, execution-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
