Positioned within an international group supporting public authorities and industrial stakeholders across multiple regions, the role will help drive sustainable growth through the strategic handling of tenders with significant territorial impact.
Reporting to the General Management, you will define and lead the company’s tender response strategy for both public and private calls for offers. Your responsibilities will include setting an acquisition strategy and identifying priority markets, organizing market monitoring to analyze development opportunities, and managing strategic tenders end-to-end through contract award. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, technical, legal, and financial areas, ensuring offer quality, profitability, and compliance, while establishing performance indicators and continuous improvement plans.
You will develop relationships with key institutional and territorial stakeholders. The position is suited to candidates with proven experience managing complex bidding processes and a strong understanding of public procurement, including DSPs, concessions, and public markets. A higher education qualification at Bac+5 level is expected (in engineering, business, or a related university path), along with meaningful experience in complex public tenders and knowledge of fields such as the environment, infrastructure, energy, or services to local authorities.
