The Resident Services Coordinator at the client plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being, housing stability, and community engagement of residents. This position involves proactive outreach, needs assessments, program development, and partnership building to ensure residents have access to essential resources and services. The Coordinator also designs and delivers on-site programs, workshops, and events that promote youth enrichment, health, financial security, and social connection.
Working closely with residents, social service providers, public agencies, and property management staff, the Resident Services Coordinator focuses on three core service areas: housing stability, resident satisfaction, and community engagement. This role involves building strong partnerships with local service providers and organizations to expand available resources and strengthen the support network for residents. The Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Resident Services and collaborates with the Vice President of Asset Management to coordinate goals and objectives for the Resident Services team.
