Description

The client is hiring a Regional Sales Executive – Travel Retail to supervise and manage sales of fragrance and cosmetics products in duty-free shops. The role includes merchandising, managing and training Beauty Advisors, supporting product launches, and participating in marketing events. The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving performance across points of sale within a defined territory.

Key responsibilities include coordinating sales development in line with brand objectives, client needs, and guidelines set by Area Sales Managers; selling the full brand catalog within the territory; and building strong connections between Area Sales Managers and relevant accounts. The role also involves overseeing proper merchandising according to brand standards, analyzing sales performance at each point of sale, and providing actionable suggestions to Area Sales Managers. In addition, the executive will coordinate sales goals, recruitment, training, and scheduling for Beauty Advisors.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest or experience in fragrance and/or cosmetics and has typically worked in regional account management for luxury or fashion brands or as a retail manager for relevant categories such as fragrance, cosmetics, makeup, or skincare. Requirements include the ability to read and analyze sales reports, good proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and strong communication and presentation skills. A college degree is preferred, and relevant experience in account management or retail management is expected, with prior titles such as Account Manager, District Manager, Regional Account Executive, Sales Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or Territory Manager being appreciated.
