The client is seeking an experienced beauty sales leader responsible for increasing sales across the Americas. This role covers current and future brands operating through an omnichannel distribution model, with direct-to-retail as a major focus. Distribution scope includes local markets and distributor channels, direct retail partnerships, brand store presence across Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean, as well as duty-free and e-commerce activities, with priority markets in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Key responsibilities include setting sales strategy and vision for the region and partnering with global and operational marketing to maximize sales and return on investment. The role will identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives and programs, coordinate pricing policy and marketing/program strategies, and ensure profitability through continuous gross margin improvement. The position also manages regional investments such as media campaigns and maintains strong communication and collaboration with team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
The ideal profile includes substantial experience in beauty brand sales across domestic and international markets, with demonstrated distributor management and direct retail management experience across department and beauty retail chains, as well as exposure to both mass and selective/prestige distribution. Requirements include a master’s degree (ideally) and a strong level of ambition and potential, with openness to future career opportunities abroad. The role is expected to operate effectively in multicultural, international environments and to use MS Office proficiently, particularly Excel. Prior experience may include similar leadership titles and backgrounds typical for regional sales leadership roles in the beauty sector.
