The client is seeking a Regional Sales Director to manage and expand the luxury watch brand’s presence across key territories, including California, Texas, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. This role is hands-on and suited to a highly mobile “road warrior” who will cultivate relationships, develop retail partnerships, and drive sales growth in a competitive luxury environment. The client operates with a lean, entrepreneurial approach and expects initiative, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a small team setting.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing sales across a portfolio of authorized luxury watch retailers in the West Coast and key Canadian markets, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening existing retail relationships. The Regional Sales Director will organize and execute roadshows, trunk shows, and retail activations, and serve as a brand ambassador by educating retail staff on brand heritage, collections, and key selling points. The role also includes leading in-store training sessions and working with the marketing team to support localized brand activations, promotions, and VIP events, as well as partnering with retailers to maximize exposure and drive traffic.
The Regional Sales Director will monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to optimize revenue while aligning with corporate strategy and adapting to regional market needs. The ideal candidate will have strong wholesale sales experience in the luxury watch sector and a proven track record of growing market share, along with demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships with authorized retailers and retail sales teams. The client expects strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field as a preferred qualification.
